    Come in, have a look. Weren't there enough places in halls?

    Не хватило. Зато у вас дёшево и до университета близко.

    No, there weren't. But your place is cheap, and it's close to the university.

    Только у меня правила: после десяти ни гостей, ни громкой музыки.

    Only I have rules: after ten, no guests and no loud music.

  5. A

    Меня устраивает, мне сейчас не до гостей.

    That suits me, I've got no time for guests right now.
