In a café at Sochi airport, a passenger whose flight has been delayed for six hours complains to his friend, a lawyer, who is flying with him.

Шесть часов сидим! Я уже все магазины в аэропорту по три раза обошёл.
Six hours we've been sitting here! I've been round every shop in the airport three times already.

Не кипятись. Поскольку задержка больше двух часов, авиакомпания нам кое-что должна по закону.
Keep your cool. Since the delay is over two hours, the airline owes us something by law.

And what do they owe us? Just don't tell me it's a glass of water and an apology.

After four hours they have to give us a hot meal, plus a fine for every hour. The law is on our side.

Hang on... So that slip of paper they handed out at the gate was a meal voucher? I threw it away!
