Day 25: Halfway Up the Climbing Wall

At a climbing gym in Chelyabinsk, a man on the wall for the first time stops halfway up, with the instructor belaying him from below.

    Всё, дальше не могу. Руки дрожат, я, кажется, застрял.

    That's it, I can't go any further. My hands are shaking, I think I'm stuck.

    Не смотрите вниз, я вас держу. Поставьте левую ногу на жёлтую зацепку.

    Don't look down, I've got you. Put your left foot on the yellow hold.

    На какую жёлтую? Тут их штук десять!

    Which yellow one? There are about ten of them here!

    На ту, что у колена... Отлично! Теперь правой рукой вверх.

    The one by your knee... Great! Now reach up with your right hand.

    Я наверху! Слушайте, а можно ещё раз, по красной трассе?

    I'm at the top! Listen, can I go again, on the red route?

    Можно. Вы, несмотря на страх, долезли, так что и красная вам по силам.

    You can. You made it to the top despite your fear, so the red one is within your reach too.
