   Well, Oleg, you called, I came. Judging by your voice on the phone, this isn't about fishing.

   It isn't about fishing. They say you're writing about discharges into the Yagorba, with my plant in the starring role. Hold off on publishing for a month.

   In a month we're launching new treatment facilities, the equipment is already on its way. If the article comes out now, the shareholders will fear for their reputation and freeze the project.

   So for another month the waste goes into the river, and I keep quiet so as not to scare the shareholders. Do you hear how that sounds?
