   Hello, finally! Twenty minutes of hearing how important my call is to you. Your much-vaunted smart lock won't let me into my home.

   Customer support, my name is Artyom, I apologise for the wait. Could you please give me the lock model and your contract number?

   Договор дома, а я, как вы уже поняли, не дома. Ночью замок сам обновился, утром я вышел прогреть машину, и обратно он меня не пускает.

   The contract is at home, and I, as you may have gathered, am not. Overnight the lock updated itself, this morning I went out to warm up the car, and now it won't let me back in.

   On the inner one. And I, in case you hadn't noticed, am outside. It's minus thirty outdoors, not much warmer on the stairs, and the spare key, naturally, is lying in the hallway.
