In a village near Krasnoyarsk, a man shows his older neighbor a post in the village's online news group.

    Petrovich, did you see the news in the group? Last night someone photographed a bear by the trash bins!

    Неужели? Двадцать лет тут живу, медведя в глаза не видел.

    Really? I've lived here twenty years and never laid eyes on a bear.

    Сам посмотри, какой здоровенный! Может, ночью с фонариком глянем, вдруг опять придёт?

    See for yourself how huge it is! How about we take a look tonight with a flashlight, in case it comes back?

    Нет уж. Я что, с ума сошёл, ночью к медведю идти?

    No way. What am I, crazy, going to see a bear at night?

    Разве тебе не интересно? Тут же рукой подать, а такое раз в жизни бывает!
