At an IT company's office in Kazan, the team lead calls in a young programmer who joined in the fall.

    Тимур, зайди на минутку, есть разговор насчёт твоего испытательного срока.

    Timur, come in for a minute, I need a word about your probation period.

    Что-то не так? Я вроде все задачи вовремя закрывал.

    Is something wrong? I think I closed all my tasks on time.

    Наоборот, всё прошло как по маслу. Поскольку отзывы от команды отличные, остаёшься с нами.

    Quite the opposite, it all went like clockwork. Since the team's feedback is excellent, you're staying with us.

    Phew, what a relief! To be honest, I was on my toes the whole three months.
