   Дифференциальный диагноз прошли почти весь: язву исключили, онкологию, по всей видимости, тоже. Я бы думал о системном процессе, но маркеры чистые.

   We've gone through almost the whole differential diagnosis: ulcer ruled out, cancer too, by all appearances. I'd be thinking of a systemic process, but the markers are clean.
