   Good evening, doctor. My son and I went for a walk in the forest, and at home in the shower I found this on my shoulder.

   Quite right, otherwise the mouthparts stay in the skin and it's more trouble than the tick itself. Are you vaccinated against encephalitis?

   Vaccinations? I suppose I had all the usual ones as a child. But what have vaccinations got to do with it, it's tiny?

   Размер роли не играет. Пермский край по энцефалиту считается одним из самых опасных регионов, прививаться надо регулярно, а не «в детстве, наверное».

   Size has nothing to do with it. Perm Krai is considered one of the worst regions for encephalitis, and you need to get vaccinated regularly, not 'as a child, I suppose'.
