Nothing, honestly. I just had a cup of coffee, with sugar.

С сахаром? Тогда сегодня кровь сдавать нельзя.
With sugar? Then you can't give blood today.

Но кофе же не еда! Я специально пришёл, не позавтракав.
But coffee isn't food! I came without breakfast on purpose.
