Well, there I go, I fell. And I train with a barbell at the gym, my legs are strong.

Не спешите: вдох наверху, выдох внизу. Попробуйте ещё раз, только медленно.
Don't rush: breathe in at the top, breathe out at the bottom. Try again, only slowly.
