Day 45: A Scratch After the Car Wash

At a car wash in Krasnodar, a driver finds a scratch on his door and confronts the manager, while a young washer looks on.

    What's this? I came to you with an undamaged car, and I'm leaving with a scratch on the door!

    Успокойтесь, пожалуйста. Давайте без эмоций составим акт осмотра, и если повреждение наше, компенсацию вы получите.
